When you walk through our doors, expect to see a mix of strength, functional, and resistance training, with strategic placement of HIIT and cardio circuits throughout the week. No two workouts are the same, each with unique programming and body-part-specific strength days. Workouts are 50 minutes, including an effective warm-up and cool down. BASELINE Team Training Classes implement a 4:1 client to trainer ratio to ensure next-level safety, attention to detail, and cleanliness.
