That means we’re ready to dive into who you are, what you do, how your body responds to various movements, what you like and dislike, your fitness goals, and what we can do to best support you in and out of the studio. And there’s no better way to get to know someone than by developing a close personal relationship with our team of trainers.

Our private training sessions allow us to chat about anything and everything. We can go in-depth on your questions about nutrition, cardio, the latest food fads, whatever you want! This is your time!

We Want to Avoid Injury

It hurts our hearts when we see large group fitness classes where form checks aren’t done due to time constraints and poor instructor-to-client ratios. And the last thing we’d ever want is for you to jump into one of our small group classes and not understand how to do a movement, or worse, get an injury.

When you come for a private or team training session, we make sure our eyes are on your form.

Our private training sessions are the ideal opportunity for us to take form evaluation and correction to the next level. We will break down a movement step by step so you understand exactly why and how you should move and feel when doing complex exercises like windmills, kettlebell swings, or deadlifts.

We Can Help Work Around Injuries or Special Conditions

While our number one goal is to avoid injury in the first place, our private training sessions are also the best scenario if you’re nursing an existing injury back to health.

We build workout programs that strengthen the areas surrounding your injury and get you healthy again. We can also help you modify workouts and create custom programs if you’re pregnant or exercising with a special condition.

We’re Here to Help You Reach Your Goals

You may come to us with a list of specific fitness goals, or you may just be ready to get your body moving again. Regardless, we want to help you become your fittest self. And that means we need to spend the time understanding where you are currently and what we need to do to get to move forward.

The time we spend with you in private training means we can appropriately program and/or modify your time in group sessions and scale movements as needed based on your current fitness level.

Our solo time together also offers the perfect time that we can bump up the intensity to make sure you’re powering past any fitness plateaus. That means we’ll help you safely and effectively increase weight to hit PRs you couldn’t have dreamed of reaching on your own.

We Want to Hold You Accountable

One of the major perks of working with a personal trainer is the extra layer of accountability. We find that people are far more likely to skip out on a group workout than a one-on-one private training session.
